These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (theia.id) and the purchase of our digital printing and packaging services.
Theia specializes in high-quality digital label and packaging printing, enabling short-run production, rapid prototyping, and variable data personalization without the need for traditional printing plates.
By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. General Agreement
By placing an order with PT Theia Digilab Indonesia, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Scope of Services
Theia Digilab Indonesia provides digital printing solutions, including but not limited to:
- Pressure-Sensitive Labels / Stickers
- Shrink Sleeve Labels
- In-Mould Labels (IML)
- Flexible Packaging & Folding Carton
- Variable Data Printing
3. Orders and Proofing
- Artwork Responsibility: The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the artwork files (resolution, dimensions, spelling, and color profiles).
- Approval: We provide high-quality samples/prototypes for your review. Once a proof is approved by the Client, Theia is not liable for errors present in the original design.
- Modifications: Any changes made after proof approval may incur additional costs and extend the production timeline.
4. Production & Lead Time
- Lead Time: Our standard production lead time is 10 working days from the date of final artwork approval and payment confirmation.
- Digital Advantage: Since our process is digital, no physical plates are required, allowing for faster iterations. However, lead times may vary for high-volume orders or complex finishing requirements.
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment or a specified deposit (as per the invoice) is required before production commences.
- Theia reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.
6. Intellectual Property
- Client Content: The Client retains all ownership rights to the designs and logos provided. The Client warrants that they own the rights to use all submitted materials and indemnifies Theia against any copyright infringement claims.
- Theia Property: All technology, processes, and software used by Theia to execute the print remain the intellectual property of PT Theia Digilab Indonesia.
7. Delivery & Risk
- Delivery dates are estimates. While we strive to meet every deadline, Theia is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or “Force Majeure” events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
- Risk of loss passes to the Client upon delivery to the specified address or carrier.
8. Quality Claims & Returns
- As our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from the approved sample.
- Any claims regarding quality must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Theia Digilab Indonesia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our packaging or services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of the courts of Bekasi or Denpasar, depending on the branch handling the project.
